Circus skills! The perfect way to realise a hidden talent you never knew you had! The ultimate party tricks and ways to learn brilliant teamwork, improve coordination and open doors to a range of possibilities. At the start of the morning pupils will watch a demonstration performed by the talented practitioners from Berzerkez Circus. By the end of the three-hour workshop pupils will be able to showcase their very own combination of circus skills. Pupils will participate in a carousel of circus based skills including the following: • Juggling and related skills - work on your coordination and develop your teamwork skills! • Spinning objects - plates & diabolo - enormous fun and tricky skills you won't be able to put down! • Contact juggling - amazingly impressive skills to get fit and to help focus and calm the mind. • Balance zone - unicycle, basic balance with others, balancing objects. • Hooping and flower sticks - hooping is an endless

Squire Stage Combat

An experienced industry professional from Squire Stage Combat Company will provide an active and exciting morning workshop, during which pupils will gain insight into the basic principles of stage combat. Pupils will be taught how to push, punch, slap, kick and strangle each other safely and then use these skills to develop a fight sequence which they can perform. The three-hour session will
